This privacy policy explains how Paintball-Events Ltd. handles information when you use this website, send an enquiry or contact our booking-office team about an event.
1. Who we are
Paintball-Events Ltd. is responsible for the information collected through this website and handled by our booking-office team. We manage enquiries and event arrangements on behalf of our customers.
For questions about your information, email info@paintball-events.com or call 020 3869 9144. Please use “Privacy enquiry” as your email subject so we can identify your request.
2. What information do you provide?
- Contact details: your name, email address and any phone number you choose to provide.
- Event information: the occasion, approximate group size, preferred date and any planning details included in your message.
- Correspondence: your questions, information about an existing booking and subsequent communications with our team.
- Website information: technical requests needed to operate the website and information used to limit repeated form submissions.
Required fields are marked on each form. You can leave optional fields blank. Without contact details and enough information about your request, we may be unable to respond or arrange the event you have asked about.
Please avoid including payment-card details, identity documents or detailed medical information in the enquiry form. If you are organising a group, provide only the information needed to start planning; our team can discuss any further details with you.
3. How your enquiry is handled
Submitting a form saves a record in the website’s enquiry system and sends an email notification to our team. Enquiries are normally entered into our booking-office system so that we can manage the conversation and arrangements in one place.
We use the information to respond to your questions, discuss options and quotes, arrange the event you request, communicate booking details and deal with follow-up questions. We handle the coordination so that you do not have to contact each venue yourself.
A website enquiry does not confirm a booking, reserve a date or take payment. Submitting either enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
4. Grounds for processing
The proposed grounds for this enquiry process are taking steps at your request before entering into a booking contract, and performing that contract where a booking is agreed. General correspondence, administering enquiries and protecting the website are proposed to rely on legitimate interests in running the service and responding to customers. These grounds remain subject to business review.
If we ask for consent for a separate use of your information, that request should explain the use and how to withdraw consent. You can contact us to change your contact preferences or ask us to stop pursuing an enquiry.
5. Who receives your information
Our booking-office team handles customer communications and the information entered into its booking system. Necessary booking details may also be passed to the venue involved in arranging or delivering your event, while our team remains your point of contact.
Website hosting, email and booking-system service providers also process information through the services used to run the enquiry process. This website is hosted with Hostinger. The booking-system provider, processing locations and any arrangements for processing outside your country are still being confirmed for the final version of this notice.
6. Enquiries and marketing
The event and contact forms are for responding to your request and helping with arrangements. They do not include a newsletter subscription or permission for promotional emails. Giving us permission to contact you about an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
You can tell our team if you no longer want to pursue an enquiry. If you receive a promotional message separately, use its unsubscribe option where provided, or contact us to raise the matter. Any future marketing sign-up on this website will need to explain its own choices and use of your information.
7. How long is information kept?
Enquiry information may be held in the website’s saved enquiries, email correspondence and the booking-office system. Moving an enquiry into the booking system does not automatically remove the original website or email records.
The retention periods and deletion arrangements for these records have not yet been confirmed. This notice therefore does not promise a fixed deletion date or automatic deletion after a set number of months. To ask about a particular record or request its deletion, contact info@paintball-events.com. The retention section will be updated once the arrangements are confirmed.
8. Cookies, browser storage and video
Cookies and browser storage let websites remember information between visits or page views. The specific preference used by this website is described below. This policy does not imply that you have agreed to advertising or visitor tracking.
The website stores your floating-graphics pause preference in your browser’s session storage. This lets the preference work as you move between pages during that browser session.
The enquiry form uses a temporary, hashed identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. Its rate-limit window is one hour. Hosting services may separately record technical request information in their logs.
The homepage video loads from an external video-hosting service. Your browser connects to that service to request the video, which exposes connection information such as your IP address to it. This notice will need to be reviewed if advertising or analytics tools are added.
You can manage cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking browser storage may stop your motion preference from being remembered. Clearing browser data does not delete enquiry records already sent to our team.
9. Access, corrections and other rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive certain information in a portable form. These rights are not absolute; for example, some records may need to be retained where a legal obligation applies.
Contact info@paintball-events.com to make a request or raise a concern. Please provide enough information for us to identify your enquiry, without sending sensitive documents unless requested securely.
You can ask for a copy of your information or tell us if a name, contact detail or other record needs correcting. Where UK data-protection law applies, access requests are normally free of charge; a fee may apply only in limited circumstances allowed by law, rather than as a routine charge.
You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. For UK data-protection matters, information is available from the Information Commissioner’s Office.
10. Links to other websites
A link from this website or an email may take you to a service operated by another organisation. Check that organisation’s privacy information before submitting details there. This notice describes Paintball-Events Ltd.’s enquiry process; it does not replace the notices provided by other services.
11. Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated as the outstanding business details are confirmed or the enquiry process changes. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
